"I see snow."

So, up until recently, almost all of Joshua's sentences started with "I want...", which is great for reducing his getting mad when he wants or needs something. But it is kind of limiting. So, one of his therapists has been working on "I see..." as a next step. We woke up this morning to snow on the ground....

What a great thing to watch. Grandpa and I were sitting here holding our breath until the last word came out. What a wonderful gift he is to our family.

We might try playing in the snow today. It is less than an inch though, so there might not be enough to do anything.

Great to hear that voice. Who'd have thought it'd be deeper than his own father's. ZING!
